Os inundados inscritos na tarifa social t\u00eam isen\u00e7\u00e3o total durante seis meses (compet\u00eancias maio a outubro de 2024).<\/p>\n<p>Os n\u00e3o-inscritos na tarifa social ficam isentos por dois meses (compet\u00eancias de maio e junho). J\u00e1 os que ficaram sem abastecimento, n\u00e3o pagaram a taxa b\u00e1sica do servi\u00e7o no m\u00eas de maio, sendo cobrados somente o consumo do per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe salientar que a Companhia tamb\u00e9m foi impactada com o alagamento das estruturas e ficou sem sistema da Procergs por mais de 20 dias, o que ocasionou atraso na emiss\u00e3o das faturas do m\u00eas de maio. Foi necess\u00e1rio equacionar o problema.<\/p>\n<p>Os consumidores que se sentirem lesados devem procurar a empresa por meio de seus canais de relacionamento para solicitar a revis\u00e3o de sua fatura.<\/p>\n<p>A Corsan refor\u00e7ou as equipes de atendimento e avaliar\u00e1 caso a caso, para corrigir eventuais diverg\u00eancias.
