Ocorre que o cidad\u00e3o Thiarles Yan ingressou na Justi\u00e7a para barrar a compra.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 o processo n\u00ba. 503882-81.3021.8.21000.8.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Justi\u00e7a II<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Credores da prefeitura est\u00e3o preparados para ingressar em ju\u00edzo contra a decis\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara que firmou uma lei no in\u00edcio do ano, enviada pelo executivo municipal para que todos os compromissos que tinha at\u00e9 dezembro de 2020 n\u00e3o fossem pagos, e fosse concedido um prazo de onze meses para estudo do compromisso, e, possivelmente, o seu parcelamento em mais de 12 vezes.<\/p>\n<p>Ocorre que os credores est\u00e3o irritados e v\u00e3o ingressar em ju\u00edzo, porque o poder p\u00fablico n\u00e3o tem poder legal para barrar pagamentos de compromissos feitos por gest\u00f5es anteriores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elei\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Come\u00e7a em 1\u00ba de janeiro a contar o prazo para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o das candidaturas para presidente e vice, governador e vice, senadores, deputados estaduais e federais. \u00c9 um grande momento da sociedade brasileira. Cada cidad\u00e3o vai arcar com a responsabilidade de poder trazer para a gest\u00e3o da coisa p\u00fablica algu\u00e9m da sua confian\u00e7a e que tenha credibilidade.<\/p>\n<p>Os nomes j\u00e1 come\u00e7am a aparecer nas pesquisas, e as pessoas iniciam suas decis\u00f5es.
